The products, services, tools, platforms, deliverables, and content provided by Becchio Group LLC ("the Company"), including those delivered through its operating brands (CX Immersive, RIFT Management Group, Malae Talley Photography, Anda Reno, and any future brands or divisions), are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company, its owners, officers, members, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and operating brands make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any product, service, or information provided.

Your use of any product or service provided by the Company is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, any product, service, tool, platform, or deliverable provided by the Company. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought, including negligence, breach of contract, strict liability, or any other theory, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, the Company's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, methodologies, scoring models, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and creative assets produced by the Company are the exclusive intellectual property of Becchio Group LLC. This includes all work produced under its operating brands: CX Immersive, RIFT Management Group, Malae Talley Photography, Anda Reno, and any future brands or divisions. Clients receive deployed instances of products on their designated domains. No transfer of source code, intellectual property rights, or ownership occurs unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Full details are available in our Terms of Service.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Company utilizes artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies, including but not limited to large language models, machine learning systems, and automated code generation tools, in the development, production, and delivery of its products, services, and deliverables. The Company maintains and enforces industry-standard quality assurance practices in connection with its use of AI, including but not limited to: human review and approval of all deliverables prior to release; multi-stage quality gates encompassing design review, code review, security audit, accessibility verification, and functional testing; and compliance with applicable web standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), performance benchmarks, and security best practices.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, DELIVERABLE, OR OUTPUT PRODUCED IN WHOLE OR IN PART WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF AI IS FREE FROM ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INACCURACIES, DEFECTS, OR VULNERABILITIES. AI-ASSISTED OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED SUBJECT TO THE SAME "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THE GENERAL DISCLAIMER ABOVE.

The use of AI in the Company's development process does not alter, diminish, or otherwise affect the intellectual property ownership provisions set forth herein and in the Company's Terms of Service. All deliverables produced by the Company, regardless of the tools or methods used in their creation, are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Becchio Group LLC.

Clients and users bear sole responsibility for reviewing, validating, and independently verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any deliverable, output, analysis, recommendation, or information provided by the Company before relying upon it for any purpose, including but not limited to business decisions, financial transactions, legal compliance, or operational implementation. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome resulting from reliance on AI-assisted outputs without independent verification by the client or user.

Third-Party Services and Content

Products provided by the Company may integrate with or reference third-party services, platforms, APIs, or content. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. Any reliance on third-party integrations is at the user's own risk.

Indemnification

By using any product or service provided by the Company, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Company's products or services, your violation of any terms or applicable law, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

No Professional Advice

The products, tools, reports, analyses, and recommendations provided by the Company are for informational and operational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions based on any information or analysis provided by the Company.

Governing Law

This Disclaimer and any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Company's products and services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
