1. Permitted use

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes, within the organization, workspace, role, features, and period assigned to you, and in accordance with the Terms, Account Terms, and applicable signed agreement.

2. Access and identity misuse

You may not share or resell credentials; impersonate a person or organization; access another Client's records; use access after it ends; bypass authentication, multifactor controls, rate limits, permissions, audit logging, or security measures; or probe or test a vulnerability without prior written authorization.

3. Data and harmful-content misuse

You may not submit content you lack authority to use; expose another person's personal data; upload malware or destructive code; conduct phishing, fraud, harassment, illegal discrimination, surveillance, or unlawful marketing; violate privacy, intellectual-property, export, sanctions, or other law; or use outputs to make an unlawful or solely automated high-impact decision about a person.

4. Service interference

You may not overload, disrupt, damage, disable, or degrade the Services; scrape, crawl, mirror, index, or bulk export content outside an approved connection; remove notices or audit markers; alter or falsify records; introduce a backdoor; or attempt to derive software, technical design, instructions, methods, logic, or non-public configurations.

5. Competitive and model use

You may not use access, observations, documentation, Client outputs, or other protected material to build or improve a competing service; train, fine-tune, ground, evaluate, or benchmark a model or business-intelligence system; reproduce Becchio Group methods or templates; publish comparative results; or provide non-public material to a competitor without written authorization.

6. Automated access

An automated system may access a Service only through an approved connection and credential issued for that purpose. It must identify itself honestly, stay within assigned limits, protect credentials, preserve required attribution and records, and stop when authorization is revoked. Automation does not create permission to scrape or bypass controls.

7. Reporting and enforcement

Becchio Group may investigate, preserve relevant evidence, restrict traffic, revoke credentials, suspend or terminate access, notify an affected Client, and pursue available remedies. We may take immediate action when needed to protect data, people, intellectual property, or service integrity.

Report suspected abuse to abuse@becchiogroup.com. Report vulnerabilities or account compromise to security@becchiogroup.com. Do not exploit a suspected vulnerability.
