1. Vero Attractions Intelligence
“Vero” means Vero Attractions Intelligence™ and every related Becchio Group software, interface, model, configuration, workflow, instruction, data structure, scoring system, recommendation method, integration, document, and service component. Vero is owned by Becchio Group LLC or licensed to Becchio Group.
Access gives an authorized user a limited right to use Vero under the Terms and an applicable signed agreement. It does not sell, assign, or disclose Vero or its internal methods.
2. Protected Becchio Group assets
Protected assets include, without limitation:
- software, technical design, data structures, interfaces, connections, and technical documentation;
- instructions, workflows, evaluation methods, and quality-control methods;
- attraction taxonomies, operating frameworks, benchmarks, scoring logic, confidence methods, forecasts, and recommendation systems;
- templates, playbooks, checklists, implementation sequences, pricing and revenue methods, opening processes, and reusable know-how;
- non-public product plans, security controls, vendor configurations, cost models, research, and testing; and
- improvements, adaptations, aggregate learnings, and derivative methods developed through Vero.
These assets may be protected by copyright, contract, trademark, database rights, and United States federal and Texas trade-secret law. Publicly describing a capability does not disclose the method that performs it.
3. What the Client owns
A Client retains its rights in the Client Data, brand materials, source documents, and other content it lawfully provides. Other clients' information remains theirs and is never licensed to you.
Client Data does not include Vero, Becchio Group methods, generally available knowledge, reusable templates, system-generated audit data, or de-identified and aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify a Client or person.
4. Use of Client outputs
Subject to payment, these terms, and the signed engagement, a Client may use final reports, recommendations, plans, and other outputs prepared specifically for that Client for its internal business and the agreed project purpose.
This permission does not transfer the underlying method, prompt, model, taxonomy, template, logic, software, or reusable know-how. An output may contain confidential Becchio Group material and must not be published, resold, used to train a model, or provided to a competitor unless a signed agreement expressly permits it.
5. Prohibited uses
Except where applicable law expressly prevents a restriction, no person may:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, or attempt to discover Vero's source, instructions, methods, logic, or structure;
- scrape, bulk export, mirror, crawl, or collect Vero content outside an approved interface or connection;
- use Vero, its outputs, or access observations to build, train, tune, evaluate, benchmark, or improve a competing system or model;
- remove proprietary notices, disclose non-public screenshots or documentation, or publish performance comparisons without written approval;
- circumvent technical limits, audit controls, workspace boundaries, or assigned permissions; or
- claim ownership of, register, or create confusingly similar versions of Becchio Group marks or protected materials.
6. Trademarks and attribution
Becchio Group™, Vero™, Vero Attractions Intelligence™, Porto™, related logos, product names, and trade dress are marks of Becchio Group LLC. No license to use a mark is granted except factual reference that does not imply endorsement, ownership, or affiliation.

7. Confidentiality and enforcement
Non-public Vero information is Confidential Information under the Platform Confidentiality Agreement. Unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, or competitive use may cause harm that money alone cannot repair. Becchio Group reserves all contractual, equitable, statutory, and common-law remedies.
